About the Job :
SKRB Law Offices is looking for a dedicated Associate to join their team. While prior experience in criminal law is an advantage, freshers with a strong legal foundation and a keen interest in the field are encouraged to apply. The role involves work in criminal law, with a particular focus on white-collar crime. Strong research and drafting skills, familiarity with court procedures, and an interest in litigation are essential.
Eligibility :
(i) PQE 1-2 years.
(ii) Exceptional drafting and articulation skills
(iii) Proficiency in legal research and drafting
(iv) Excellent command over English
(v) Strong analytical and research orientation
(vi) Ability to engage with nuanced legal and tax issues
Responsibility :
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
(iv) Drafting pleadings and legal documents
(v) Assisting during court hearings
(vi) Conducting legal research
(vii) Coordinating with clients and counsel
