About the Job :
CDL Financial Services Pvt Ltd (CDLFS) is hiring an Assistant Manager – Legal (Litigation) for their North Zone team.
Eligibility :
(i) 6 months to 2 years of experience and
(ii) Hands-on knowledge of the 138 NI Act, Arbitration, and SARFAESI
(iii) Proficiency in legal research and drafting
(iv) Excellent command over English
(v) Male candidates preferred.
Responsibility :
(i) Managing by and against the litigation of the bank.
(ii) Suggesting appropriate legal action accordingly in the geography for faster resolution.
(iii) Help the Collection team in the resolution of Chronic cases.
(iv) Should be able to handle a team. Should be good at MIS and reporting.
