Clyde & Co Elevates Aggrey Ernest To Partnership In Tanzania

Aggrey Ernest joined Clyde & Co in 2023 as a Senior Associate and has now been elevated to Partner after nearly three years with the firm. Prior to joining Clyde & Co, he spent more than a decade at Anjarwalla & Khanna | ALN, where he advised on capital markets, tax, corporate, mining, oil and gas, and banking matters.

A qualified Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania, Aggrey has extensive experience advising clients on complex transactional and regulatory matters. His expertise includes company formation and compliance, due diligence in oil and gas transactions, and regulatory advisory work across multiple sectors.
