Eligibility :
(i) Principal Associate / Partner with have 5+ years in Real Estate / General Corporate at Hyderabad
(ii) Senior Associate / Principal Associate with have 3+ years in Litigation / Corporate at Vijayawada
(iii) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
(iv) Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
(v) Strong sense of ownership and time management
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Analyze legal issues and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
(iii) Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
(iv) Assist in litigation management, including preparing briefs and case summaries
(v) Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
(vi) Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders when required
