Trilegal advised Capri Global Capital and Nuvama Wealth on INR 4,891.13 million NCD public issue
The leading full-service Indian law firm, Trilegal advised Capri Global Capital Limited and Nuvama Wealth Management Limited, as lead manager, on the public issue of non-convertible debentures aggregating to INR 4,891.13 million under a shelf limit of INR 20,000.00 million.
Capri Global Capital Limited is a retail-focused NBFC operating across MSME loans, housing loans, gold loans and construction finance. The proceeds from the issuance are proposed to be utilised for onward lending, financing activities, and repayment of interest and principal on existing borrowings. The transaction also reflects Trilegal’s continued engagement with CGCL, following its previous issuance in 2025.
