About the Internship :
Office of Chitvan Singhal is inviting applications for assessment internship in Civil and Commercial Litigation and Arbitration, for their office based in South Delhi.
Eligibility :
(i) Currently pursuing a degree in Law
(ii) Excellent research and organizational skills
(iii) Strong written and verbal communication abilities
(iv) Office primarily handles Civil Writ Petitions before the High Court and SLPs and Appeals before the Supreme Court, along with appearances before Trial Courts, Arbitral Tribunals, NCLT, and other quasi-judicial forums.
Responsibilities:
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
Duration : 1 Months minimum
