The leading full-service Indian law firm, Trilegal advised OffBeat Studios Private Limited and its founder Aman Gupta (co-founder of boAt) on its Series Seed funding round led by Bessemer Venture Partners (BVP) and Reed India. The transaction involved a cross-border investment into an Indian company, with participation from a Mauritius-based investor and an India-based employee benefit trust.
OffBeat Studios, the latest venture of Aman Gupta, will operate in the retail space and aims to build a house of brands across diverse product categories.
