Neha has been associated with MF Utilities for over two years, previously serving as Manager – Legal & Compliance, where she handled contract management, company secretarial work, and compliance matters.
Prior to this, she worked with NielsenIQ as Senior Executive – Legal, gaining extensive experience in vendor audits, compliance training, and legal operations. Her earlier roles include positions at BSEIndia, Ventura Securities Ltd, and Johnson & Johnson, where she built a strong foundation in legal, compliance, and administrative functions.
Neha holds a CS Executive qualification from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a diploma in contract drafting and negotiation from LawSikho, and degrees in commerce and law from University of Mumbai.
Her promotion reflects her consistent contribution to legal and compliance excellence and her continued growth within the financial services sector.
