Khaitan & Co advised Federal Bank on acquisition of credit card portfolio of Standard Chartered Bank
The India’s leading law firm Khaitan & Co acted as lead counsel to Federal Bank on the acquisition of a segment of Standard Chartered Bank’s Indian credit card portfolio.
The Firm played a key role in structuring and executing the transaction, including undertaking legal due diligence on the portfolio, advising on complex legal and regulatory considerations, leading negotiations, and drafting and finalising the transaction documents.
