The India’s leading law firm, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Larsen & Toubro Limited (“L&T”) in its share purchase agreement with Hyderabad Metro Rail Limited for the disposal of L&T’s entire shareholding in L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited, a subsidiary of the company, for a consideration of INR 1,461.47 crores.
