The leading law firm in India AZB & Partners advised Green Gene Enviro Protection and Infrastructure Limited (GGEPIL), part of the Luthra Group, on its first private equity round led by JM Financial India Growth Fund III (acting through its Investment Manager, JM Financial Limited), with participation from the SRF family office.
GGEPIL is an environmental infrastructure company engaged in the manufacturing of alternative fuels from industrial hazardous waste.
