About the Job :
Trust Law Associates is looking for a Loan Settlement Advocate/ Debt Resolution Specialist to join their growing team. If you understand the pressure clients face with loan defaults, recovery harassment, and financial stress – and know how to handle it legally and strategically – this role is for you.
Eligibility :
(i) Candidate should have the ability to prepare a brief and have strong drafting skills.
(ii) Law graduates (LLB/LLM)
(iii) 0–3 years (Freshers with strong legal understanding can apply)
(iv) Strong communication & negotiation skills
(v) Understanding of debt settlement / recovery processes (preferred)
(vi) Ability to handle clients empathetically and professionally
Responsibility :
(i) Handling loan & credit card settlement cases
(ii) Drafting legal notices & responses against recovery harassment
(iii) Client counselling and strategy planning
(iv) Liaising with banks/NBFCs for settlements
(v) Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
