About the Job :
The Law Office of Uday Bedi has opened up applications for the position of a lawyer to join them at their office in Delhi.
Eligibility :
i) Candidate should have the ability to prepare a brief and have strong drafting skills.
(ii) 0–2 years (including fresh graduates)
(iii) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(iv) Sound understanding of procedural and substantive laws
(v) Ability to assist in court matters; independent handling of matters will be an added advantage
(vi) Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
(vii) Sincere, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
Responsibility :
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
