Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Promotes Prerita Aggarwal to Senior Legal Counsel
Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages has elevated Prerita Aggarwal to the position of Senior Legal Counsel.
She has been associated with the company since June 2023 as Legal Counsel, where she has been handling legal advisory and compliance matters. With this promotion, she steps into a more senior role within the organisation’s legal function.
Prior to joining Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, Prerita Aggarwal worked with udaan.com as Legal Counsel, where she managed corporate legal and advisory responsibilities. She has also held key roles at P&A Law Offices and Hammurabi & Solomon, focusing on corporate litigation and advisory work.
She began her career with IIFL (India Infoline Group) as Senior Legal Officer and has completed internships with leading organisations including The Coca-Cola Company, J. Sagar Associates, DSK Legal, and PDS Legal, building a strong foundation in corporate and commercial law.
She holds a BBA LL.B degree from Symbiosis International University.
