The prominent full-service law firm in India, Juris Prime Law Services has announced the appointment of Nitin Bhuwania as Partner, where he will lead the firm’s Corporate & Commercial Practice.
Nitin Bhuwania brings extensive experience across corporate law, transactions, finance, compliance, and corporate governance. Over the course of his career, he has advised on complex transactions, regulatory advisory mandates, and financial sector engagements, building a strong reputation for delivering strategic and business-oriented legal solutions.
Prior to joining Juris Prime Law Services, he held leadership positions at SMARTPADDLE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED (Bizongo) as Head of Legal, Compliance & Governance, and at Easebuzz as General Counsel and Head of Legal. He also served as Associate Vice President – Legal & Compliance at Piramal Group, where he was part of key restructuring and acquisition mandates, including the landmark DHFL acquisition under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
His earlier experience includes roles at InCred Financial Services, L&T Finance, Axis Bank, and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, along with foundational work at Singhania & Co LLP.
