DLA Piper’s cross-border corporate and mergers and acquisitions team provided comprehensive counsel on all aspects of the transaction, including structuring and negotiating the share purchase agreement with a focus on maximizing shareholder value, coordinating multi-jurisdictional due diligence, and supporting all closing and post-closing requirements to ensure a seamless execution.
