A&O Shearman advised ASML on its strategic partnership with Mistral AI

A&O Shearman advised leading semiconductor equipment manufacturer ASML Holding NV (ASML) on their strategic partnership with Mistral AI and their EUR1.3 billion investment in Mistral AI’s Series C funding round as lead investor.
