(in its capacity as manager of Mapletree Logistics Trust), HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited (as trustee of Mapletree Logistics Trust), and the purchasing entity of Mapletree Logistics Trust, on the acquisition of an entity operating a logistics/industrial park in Mumbai.
The transaction involved the acquisition of an operating logistics and industrial park constructed on land aggregating approximately 23.53 acres, situated in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, through the acquisition of an investment holding company and a property holding company from unrelated third parties.
