Ex-TresVista GC Pradyumna Vengurlekar Joins Knack RCM as Global General Counsel
Knack RCM has appointed Pradyumna Vengurlekar as its Global General Counsel.
In his new role, he will lead the company’s Legal and Secretarial functions, working closely with the Board, Executive Leadership, and business teams to drive Knack RCM’s growth through a practical, risk-aware, and enterprise-focused legal strategy.
Pradyumna brings over 20 years of experience across corporate advisory, governance, regulatory compliance, cross-border transactions, and enterprise risk management. He is recognized for building scalable legal frameworks, supporting complex global operations, and advising leadership teams in dynamic regulatory environments.
Prior to joining Knack RCM, he held key leadership roles at TresVista, CRISIL Limited, Ingenico Group, WNS Global Services, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, and Kotak Mahindra Bank. His experience includes leading global contracts, managing M&A portfolios, and driving compliance initiatives including GDPR programs.

He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate Law from the National University of Singapore and is also a Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
