S&R Associates advised Belrise Industries Limited on acquisition of Chester Hall Precision Engineering Holdings Limited
The leading law firm in India, S&R Associates represented Belrise Industries Limited, a listed integrated automotive component manufacturer, on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Chester Hall Precision Engineering Holdings Limited, a UK-based precision engineering group serving the global aerospace, space and defence sectors, for a consideration of £13.20 million.
The transaction marks a strategic expansion for Belrise Industries into high-precision engineering and advanced manufacturing capabilities, strengthening its presence in the global aerospace and defence supply chain.
