The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised and assisted Birla Estates Private Limited on the acquisition of development rights in respect of two cooperative housing society properties located at Khar West, Mumbai. The transaction pertains to the redevelopment of societies situated on a 1.34-acre land parcel.

- (b) Structuring of the transaction; and
- (c) Drafting, negotiation, finalisation and execution of definitive agreements.
