The leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Nxtra Data Limited, the data center arm of the Bharti Airtel group, in securing an aggregate investment of USD 1 billion from Alpha Wave Ventures (lead investor), Carlyle Group, Anchorage Capital, and Bharti Airtel Limited.

The company designs, builds, and operates a network of smart, resilient, and sustainable data centers across 120+ locations, serving enterprises, hyperscalers, governments, SMEs, OTT platforms, and CDNs.
