Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Aditya Birla Capital and Aditya Birla Housing Finance on Proposed INR 2,750 Crore Investment by Advent International
The leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas is advising Aditya Birla Capital Limited and its wholly owned subsidiary Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited on a proposed investment of approximately INR 2,750 crore as growth capital in the Company by Indriya Limited, one of the entities of Advent International, L.P. (“Proposed Transaction”).
The proposed transaction represents one of the largest primary fundraises undertaken by an unlisted housing finance company in India and is aimed at strengthening the capital base of Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited to support its growth objectives.
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas is advising on the key aspects of the transaction, including structuring considerations, preparation and finalisation of binding documentation, regulatory advisory, and comprehensive vendor due diligence.
The CAM core transaction team was led by Anchal Dhir (Partner) and Shubham Rastogi (Partner), with assistance from Varun Kannan (Senior Associate) and Aman Deep Borthakur (Senior Associate), along with Associates Devanshi Soni and Judy Gantzer.
