The leading global law firm, Khaitan & Co advised Vertex Ventures SEA Management Pte. Ltd on leading the Series B funding round of approximately INR 250 crore in Fourdegreewater Capital Private Limited (dba WintWealth). The investment will support WintWealth’s growth strategy and expansion in India’s digital wealth management sector.
The Khaitan & Co team was led by Sanjay Khan Nagra (Partner), Vishakha Sharma (Principal Associate), and Maansi Reddy Basani (Associate), with support from Smita Jha (Partner), Pritish Mishra (Principal Associate), and Aishwarya Alla (Associate) on regulatory and financial services aspects, and Aashik Kareem A (Associate) on due diligence.
The firm advised Vertex Ventures SEA Management Pte. Ltd on all aspects of the transaction, including legal due diligence, regulatory advisory, and drafting and negotiation of transaction documents.
