The leading global law firm, Khaitan & Co acted as legal counsel to 360 ONE Alternates Asset Management Limited in relation to the issuance of secured, unlisted, unrated, redeemable non-convertible debentures aggregating to INR 90 crore by Freedom Charter Services Private Limited, a company of the Greenko Group, for the purpose of acquiring an Embraer Legacy 650 Aircraft.
