Latham & Watkins LLP Advised on Commercial Metals Company’s US$2 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Latham & Watkins LLP advised the initial purchasers in connection with Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) has announced that it has agreed to sell US$1 billion in aggregate principal amount of 5.75% Senior Notes due 2033 and US$1 billion in aggregate principal amount of 6.00% Senior Notes due 2035 in an offering exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933. The offering is expected to close on or about November 26, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
