The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised Insight Venture Management LLC on the India leg of a global transaction for the acquisition of a majority equity stake in Brydon Sigala 1, LLC, the ultimate holding company of Renesan Software, in one or more tranches.
The transaction also included the indirect acquisition of the Indian subsidiary, Renesan Software India Private Limited.
