The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised Ashra Private Equity Fund (a scheme of Shepherds Hill Private Equity Trust) on leading the Series A funding round in Raina Industries Private Limited.
Raina Industries operates in the fibre and textile reinforced materials technology sector and is engaged in manufacturing glass reinforced concrete facades and street furniture for customers in the construction industry.
The firm undertook legal diligence on Raina Industries, acted for Ashra Private Equity Fund in negotiating and finalising the transaction documents, and assisted with the closing of the transaction.
