The leading law firm in India, Trilegal acted as legal counsel to Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Limited and the promoter selling shareholders on its initial public offering aggregating to INR 29,000 million.
Emmvee Photovoltaic Power is one of the largest solar photovoltaic module manufacturers in India in terms of production capacity, and one of the first companies in India to adopt TOPCon technology for manufacturing solar cells.
