The Indian Society of International Law (ISIL or Society), a premier national institution for teaching, research and promotion of international law, was established in 1959, primarily due to the efforts of the late V.K. Educational Qualification: A good academic record, with Master’s degree in the field of International Law with at least 55% marks.
