IPR Facilitation & Research Centre (IPRFRC), Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Law University, Sonepat is organizing a National IPR Case Analysis Competition 2025 in commemoration of 75 Years of India’s Constitutional Journey, Reflecting on its Legal Evolution and the Vision of Viksit Bharat @2027.

About the National IPR Case Analysis Competition 2025
National IPR Case Analysis Competition enables students to explore the legal frameworks that safeguard innovation and creativity through mechanisms such as patents, trademarks, and copyrights. This field’s growing importance in the digital era equips participants with critical insights into how intellectual property fosters technological advancement and economic growth
Eligibility
The competition is open to all students currently enrolled in an undergraduate law program (either the 3-year LL.B. or the 5-year integrated LL.B. and LL.M. course) at any recognized institution within India.
Submission Format
Entries must be submitted on an individual basis. Each participant is permitted only one submission.

- Release of Problem & Registration: 13th November 2025
- Last Date of Registration: 25th November 2025
- Last Day of Submission: 01st December 2025
- Declaration of Result: 06th December 2025
