The Leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Pine Labs Limited on its initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to INR 38,999.08 million.
The Firm also advised the Company on the reverse merger of its Singapore holding company into the Company, including filings before the NCLT Chandigarh Bench, the NCLAT Delhi, other related regulatory aspects, and all matters connected with the Offer.
