Algo Legal has added a partner in Mumbai by hiring former Veritas Legal senior associate, which he had left in November 2019, as a partner.
The 2006 Nalsar graduate specialises in corporate and M&A work and had been at Veritas for four years before nearly five years at AZB & Partners and three years at Wadia Ghandy.
According to his Algo firm profile, he has been involved in:
advising Matrix Partners on its investment in ANI Technologies (OLA Cabs); multiple large real estate investment transactions with deal value upward of $3bn and Cipla Group’s USD550m acquisition of two US-based companies, InvaGen Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Exelan Pharmaceuticals Inc.
