
Al Khaleej Investment appoints Fadi Kilani as Chief Legal Officer
Al Khaleej Investment PSC has appointed Fadi Kilani as its new Chief Legal Officer.
With over two decades of experience in corporate law, restructuring, and capital markets across the UAE and Jordan, Kilani brings deep legal expertise and strategic insight to the role.
Prior to joining Al Khaleej Investment, he served as Chief Legal Officer at Drake & Scull International, where he played a key role in the company’s landmark restructuring under the UAE Bankruptcy Law. He has also worked with Al Tamimi & Company in Dubai, advising regional and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, high-value contracts, and dispute resolution.
Earlier in his career, Kilani led his own legal practice in Jordan and served as General Counsel for the National Electric Power Company (NEPCO).
Founded in 1982, Al Khaleej Investment is a publicly listed, diversified investment holding company with a strong presence across real estate, financial services, and education sectors. The company is listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).
Commenting on his new role, Kilani said,
