The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co, along with the global law firm Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, advised Kedaara Capital (“Kedaara”) in relation to its investment into Axtria, Inc. and its subsidiaries (“Axtria”), a leading Agentic AI-first data analytics and cloud software company serving the global life sciences industry across the commercial and clinical spectrum. Structured as a combination of secondary investment and company-sponsored buyback, the transaction delivers total liquidity of USD 240 million.
Khaitan & Co and Akin Gump acted as legal counsel to Kedaara and advised on all aspects pertaining to the transaction, including legal diligence of Axtria, drafting, negotiating, finalizing, and executing the definitive agreements relating to the investment, from an Indian law and a US law perspective respectively.
