
Dreny & Partners Advised Premium International on Fourth EGP 224 Million Securitization Transaction
Dreny & Partners, advised Premium International on its fourth securitization transaction of a multi-issuances program for their consumer finance portfolio amounting to EGP 224 million.
The transaction falls within the broader context of a 3-year multi-issuance program with a total value of EGP 2 billion.
The successful closure of Premium International’s fourth securitization transaction—part of the wider 3-year program valued at EGP 2 billion—reinforces the long-standing relationship between Premium International and its advisors. Having supported the client since its first transaction, Dreny & Partners has a proven track record of assisting the client in achieving its strategic financing objectives and continues to advise on the client’s securitization programme.
A receivables portfolio originated by Premium International backed the issuance, which encompassed two tranches, respectively of EGP 69,440,000 and EGP 154,560,000.
EFG Hermes Promoting and Underwriting S.A.E served as financial advisor and lead arranger, as well as underwriter, alongside Arab African International Bank, which acted as custodian and bookrunner of the transaction. KPMG EG – Hazem Hassan served as the official auditor.
