Eversheds Sutherland advised Gresham House on acquisition of SUSI Partners AG
The multinational global law firm, Eversheds Sutherland, advised longstanding client Gresham House, a specialist sustainable investment manager, on its agreement to acquire SUSI Partners AG, a Switzerland-headquartered investment manager focused on energy transition infrastructure.
The acquisition creates a top-ten European energy transition platform, combining Gresham House’s UK market leadership in battery energy storage with SUSI Partners equity and credit expertise in global energy transition infrastructure. With £2.7 billion (€3.1 billion) in assets under management, the newly combined Energy Transition division will be one of Europe’s largest energy transition managers. The transaction also expands Gresham House’s geographic reach into continental Europe and Asia, supporting its ambition to become a leading global alternative asset management firm.
