The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co, acted as legal counsel to the book running lead managers, Axis Capital Limited and IIFL Capital Services Limited, as to Indian law in connection with the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) filed by Purple Style Labs Limited (Pernia’s Pop Up Shop) for its proposed initial public offering of equity shares. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to INR 6,600 million.
