The premier Indian law firm, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM), advised Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters (Muhavra Enterprises Private Limited) in connection with its recently announced bridge funding round valued at approximately USD 25 million.
The round saw participation from existing investors A91, Verlinvest, Anicut Capital and 12 Flags.
