Trilegal advised Bain Capital on USD 100 million co-living platform with Sattva Group, managed by Colive
The leading law firm in India, Trilegal advised Bain Capital on the establishment of a co-living platform with Sattva Group to acquire land parcels and develop purpose-built assets for co-living accommodation across India, which will be operated and managed by Colife Advisory Private Limited (Colive) under the ‘Colive’ brand.
As part of this partnership, Bain Capital also spearheaded Colive’s strategic fundraise of USD 20 million, backed by the Sattva Group, an existing investor in Colive.
The platform, among the first of its kind in the co-living accommodation sector, aims to provide a new-age alternative to traditional residential accommodation, particularly in large urban centres.
