The leading Indian law firm,Trilegal advised Chartered Speed Limited (“Company”) as their legal advisor on the initial public offering of shares (“IPO”), marking the first IPO in India’s bus mobility sector.

Chartered Speed Limited is a passenger mobility company with an operational bus fleet of over 2,000 vehicles as of June 30, 2025. With over 15 years of experience in the mobility sector, its network spans 500 cities, serving approximately 3.5 lakh passengers daily. The Company provides inter-city and intra-city services, including the purchase, operation, and maintenance of buses, including EV buses, and has set a target to convert 25% of its fleet into EV buses by Fiscal 2027.

The proposed IPO aggregates up to INR 8,550 million, comprising a fresh issue aggregating up to INR 6,550 million by the Company and an offer for sale by the promoter selling shareholders aggregating up to INR 2,000 million. Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited and SBI Capital Markets Limited are acting as the book-running lead managers.
