The leading Indian law firm, Khaitan & Co advised Mr. Rakesh Gangwal and The Chinkerpoo Family Trust on the sale of a 1.96% stake, valued at approximately USD 500 million (about INR 4,420 crore), in InterGlobe Aviation Limited.
