
Gibson Dunn advised Carlyle on acquisition of intelliflo from Invesco
Gibson Dunn advised Carlyle, a global investment firm, on its acquisition of cloud-based practice management software provider intelliflo from global asset management firm Invesco. The transaction included intelliflo’s U.S.-based subsidiaries and was valued at up to USD 200 million.
