With more than 15 years of experience, Mohamed has established himself as a seasoned arbitration attorney and one of the region’s leading practitioners in international arbitration and complex cross-border commercial disputes. Over the course of his career, he has represented clients in high-value disputes spanning multiple jurisdictions across the Middle East and beyond, with particular expertise in navigating cases governed by Egyptian, Kuwaiti, Qatari, and Saudi laws.
Mohamed’s diverse practice covers disputes under a wide range of arbitral rules, including ICSID, ICC, CRCICA, DIS, ADCCAC, DIFC, CAS, FIFA’s DRC, and FIFA’s DC, as well as ad hoc proceedings. He has acted on matters in key industries such as telecommunications, construction, oil and gas, shipping and logistics, investment, sports, hospitality, infrastructure, real estate, private equity, and financial services.
Beyond arbitration, Mohamed regularly advises on arbitration-related court litigation, including the enforcement and annulment of domestic and international arbitral awards before Egyptian courts. He has also been instrumental in handling disputes involving joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, energy projects, and cross-border business transactions.
