Khaitan & Co advised Jefferies India, IIFL Capital and Kotak Securities on secondary sale in Sai Life Sciences

Khaitan & Co advised Jefferies India Private Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited, and Kotak Securities Limited in relation to the secondary sale of equity shares held by TPG Asia VII SF Pte Ltd, an affiliate of the TPG Group, in Sai Life Sciences Limited. The sale was executed on the floor of the stock exchange by way of a block sale, for a total consideration of INR 2,800 crores.
