Khaitan & Co advised JSW Cement Limited on Initial Public Offering
The leading Indian law firm Khaitan & Co advised JSW Cement Limited (the “Company”) on its initial public offering of equity shares aggregating up to INR 36,000 million.
The IPO comprised a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to INR 16,000 million and an offer for sale of equity shares by AP Asia Opportunistic Holdings Pte. Ltd, Synergy Metals Investments Holding Limited, and State Bank of India, aggregating up to INR 20,000 million.
