The leading Indian law firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as legal counsel to Cactus Partners Fund I (as the lead investor) on their Series A investment round in Brandworks Technologies Private Limited, a fast-growing electronics R&D and manufacturing company. The company successfully raised approximately $7 million, with participation from Cactus Partners Fund I (lead investor), Gujarat Venture Finance Limited (GVFL), Legacy Assets LLP, and the Hira Group.
