
Burt Snell Joins Kirkland & Ellis to Strengthen Product Liability and Mass Tort Litigation Practice
The global law firm Kirkland & Ellis Partner Burt Snell has joined the Firm’s Philadelphia office as a partner, expanding its product liability and mass tort litigation capabilities.
Snell brings extensive experience representing pharmaceutical and medical device companies in complex product liability matters, including cases involving international laws and regulations. His practice spans federal multidistrict and state court coordinated litigation, regulatory compliance, clinical trials, and advising corporate personnel in high-stakes matters. Snell also has significant expertise managing international investigations, coordinating responses to foreign governments and regulatory bodies, and addressing media inquiries related to litigation and regulatory issues.
