
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised EXIM Bank on financing of HPCL Renewable & Green Energy’s 14 renewable energy assets
The leading law firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as legal advisers to EXIM Bank in connection with the financing of 14 renewable energy assets—comprising 11 solar power projects and 3 compressed biogas (CBG) plants—located across India, owned by HPCL Renewable & Green Energy Limited (HPRGE), a wholly owned subsidiary of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited.
This transaction marks the financial closure of Phase 1 of HPCL’s green energy initiative, which currently focuses on captive usage for HPCL’s group companies.
