
Hogan Lovells advised shareholders on share purchase agreement for sale of Pentagon Freight Services to JAS Worldwide
Hogan Lovells advised the shareholders of Pentagon Holdings Limited on entering into a legally binding share purchase agreement for the sale (subject to regulatory approvals) of Pentagon Freight Services to global logistics and supply chain provider JAS Worldwide.
Pentagon Freight Services is a specialist freight forwarding, project logistics, and ships agency business with over 1,200 employees operating from 65 offices worldwide. The transaction marks a significant move in the global logistics sector and demonstrates strong market interest in high-quality logistics businesses with a global footprint.
